High Temperature Purity Grease
TorrLube Purity Grease is a high-performance vacuum grease designed for use in critical high-temperature and high-vacuum applications, providing ultimate cleanliness, lubricity, and chemical resistance
TorrLube High-Temperature Purity Grease is recommended for vacuum and controlled-atmosphere systems that require clean, nonflammable, chemically inert lubrication with smooth application and broad temperature performance. It is especially useful when a lighter grease consistency is preferred for easier application, spreading, or removal.
Common application areas include:
- High-vacuum systems and components
- Cleanroom and contamination-sensitive equipment
- Semiconductor processing equipment
- Oven, dryer, and deposition systems
- Oxygen-rich or oxygen-service environments
- Precision bearings, slides, seals, and mechanical interfaces
- O-rings and elastomer sealing surfaces where compatible
