TLC 13 Grease
TorrLube TLC 13 Grease is a medium-viscosity PFPE grease engineered for high-vacuum, high-temperature, and contamination-sensitive applications. Its extremely low vapor pressure, chemical inertness, and stable NLGI #2 consistency provide long-lasting lubrication for precision components operating in demanding environments.
TLC 13 Grease is designed for demanding lubrication applications that require a balance of higher viscosity, extremely low vapor pressure, high-temperature capability, and long-term stability. Its medium-viscosity PFPE base oil provides a thicker lubricating film for heavier loads and harsh operating conditions while maintaining the low outgassing needed for high-vacuum systems.
Common application areas include:
- High-vacuum systems and vacuum mechanisms
- Semiconductor manufacturing and processing equipment
- Vacuum chamber components and robotics
- Electron microscopy and high-vacuum imaging systems
- Mass spectrometry and analytical instrumentation
- Photonics and optical systems
- Precision bearings, gears, seals, and motion components
- Cleanroom and contamination-sensitive equipment
- High-temperature mechanisms and assemblies
- Oxygen-rich or chemically aggressive environments
